A senior program manager is assigned to the client/program and a program staff of industrial designers, mechanical, software and electronics engineers are assigned on a need basis. EDGE’s Quality Procedures and Objectives are based on customer satisfaction, reviewed yearly by Perry Johnson Associates and updated quarterly per evolving client needs.
